Pali district in-charge and Self-Governance Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra held a review meeting on Tuesday at the Circuit House to assess departmental plans and the work of district-level officers. He took feedback from the officers and provided necessary directions.
Minister in-charge Kharra emphasized that all work should be carried out with quality and within the stipulated time frame, in accordance with the expectations of the state government and Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma. During the review meeting, he examined the progress of various departmental schemes and projects. He specifically reviewed the implementation status of budget announcements, the District Council’s PM Housing scheme, Ownership Scheme, Property Parcel, NREGA, Swachhta Mission MJSA, Model Village, and different types of electricity connections under the Electricity Department, as well as the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana.
Additionally, he reviewed the Medical Department’s Ayushman Card and other healthcare schemes and instructed the Public Works Department (PWD) to carry out necessary repairs on damaged roads and culverts. He also assessed the current status of the PHED Department’s Jal Jeevan Mission, Water Resources, and dam projects, providing further directives.
Furthermore, the minister reviewed schemes under the Agriculture, Horticulture, and Animal Husbandry Departments, including the Chief Minister Mangala Pashu Bima Yojana. He also discussed Social Justice Empowerment Department initiatives, Education Department programs such as tablet distribution, the milk scheme, and bicycle distribution. Additionally, he assessed the progress of projects under RIICO, the Forest Department, and the Mining Department, issuing necessary instructions for each.
On this occasion, Sojat MLA Shobha Chauhan, Pali MLA Bhimraj Bhati, and District Collector LN Manni provided updates on the work of various departments and the progress of different schemes. The meeting was attended by Superintendent of Police Chunaram Jat, IFS Bala, former Chairman Mahendra Bohra, Additional Collector Dr. Bajrang Singh, ADM (Sealing) Bhavanisingh Panwar, District Council CEO Mukesh Chaudhary, UIT Secretary Dr. Pooja Saxena, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Naveen Bhardwaj, Sunil Bhandari, Tilokram Chaudhary, and district-level officers from all departments.
